Policies

Cancellations:

We ask that you please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us sufficient time to open our books for other clients trying to get in.

 

Late Arrivals:

Every client is important to us, and we try our very best to keep on time. If we are running behind we will do our best to let you know prior to your appointment. We firmly believe in the value of your time and will make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. We ask that as a courtesy you do the same. Please inform your stylist if you will be running behind. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled.

 

Children:

As a courtesy to other salon guests, it is our goal to provide a professional and relaxed environment for all our clients and we ask that if your child is accompanying you to the salon that you watch them at all times.

 

Walk-Ins:

We welcome and encourage walk-in customers. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule as best we can, however there may be a waiting period or need to schedule a later appointment based on availability.

 

Returned Checks:

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the amount of the original check to be paid before services can be rendered.

 

Retail:

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with products bought within the salon, you may bring them in within 7 days of purchase date for exchange or credit.

 

Cell-Phones:

We ask as a courtesy to other customers that you silence your cell phones or put them on vibrate while in the salon. We also ask that you do not use your cell phone during your appointment, as it is extremely difficult and distracting to work around.

 

Parking:

There is free parking in the backside of the snowload building for clients and guests of the salon, as well as other businesses within the building. However, there is a no over night policy required by the building, and you will be towed at your own expense if your vehicle remains unattended over night.

 

Pets:

Unfortunately, due to state regulations we are not allowed to have pets within the salon. However, if your dog is a registered service dog, they are allowed at any time.

 

Fees:

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of the service. If you have questions regarding charges and fees we will be happy to discuss prices prior to receiving your service.

 

At Zuri Salon we accept all major credit cards, including AMEX and Discover. We also accept checks and cash.
